Operator with a Sense of Responsibility

To strengthen our production team, which manufactures high-quality hand tools for the gardening, construction, and industrial sectors, we are looking for an operator (m/f/x) with a strong sense of responsibility for our site in Ardooie:

We are looking for a motivated work preparer to strengthen the production team and actively contribute to the smooth operation of our production process. Based on internal/external orders and information, you will gather all necessary details for the production of specific products (including molds).

Your responsibilities will include:

• materials for goods handling (supplying and removing materials needed for the task, etc.).
• Operating ovens and hot forging of plates.
• metal parts.
• products (grinding, drilling, sawing, welding).
• the team during the production process.
• and adjusting the condition and functioning of machines as needed.
• machine maintenance planning with the production manager.
• a welding robot (after internal training).
• overall production quality.

We are looking for someone who:

• Can quickly assess situations and set priorities.
• Is hands-on, independent, and flexible in executing various tasks.
• Places a strong emphasis on quality in execution and finishing.
• Has knowledge of welding and setting up welding robots is a plus.

• You can express yourself fluently in both Dutch and English.
• You have a technical background and experience in metalworking.
• You are a forward-thinking team player with initiative and a strong sense of responsibility.
• You are eager to think along with the team and grow together.
• You adapt well to changes.
• You highly value order and cleanliness.
