To strengthen our warehouse team, which strives to provide our customers with the best possible experience in delivering our high-quality tools for the gardening, construction, and industrial sectors, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Warehouse Worker (m/f/x). This role aims to strengthen our team and contribute to the optimization of our supply chain processes at our site in Ardooie:

As an experienced warehouse worker, you will not only be responsible for the daily warehouse operations but also take on a leading and coordinating role within the warehouse. You will contribute to the optimization of our logistics processes and be an important link between different departments.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Leading and motivating the warehouse team, and coordinating daily warehouse activities.
• Optimizing warehouse processes, including inventory management.
• Receiving, inspecting, and registering incoming goods.
• Managing stock levels and identifying shortages or surpluses.
• Order processing, including picking, packing, and shipping orders.
• Conducting quality control of outgoing products and ensuring proper documentation.
• Making suggestions to improve warehouse efficiency and management.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and implementing safety and efficiency improvements.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in a leadership or coordinating role.
• Possesses leadership skills and experience in managing a team.
• Has strong communication skills and proficiency in both Dutch and English.
• Has knowledge of warehouse management systems and basic computer skills.
